Fitness Assessments
Assessments are easily scheduled and are free of charge with any of our classes, bootcamps or personal training sessions. Fitness assessments test you in all five components of fitness – muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardio-respiratory endurance, and body composition — and rank you amongst other people your same age and gender. They also give you quantitative measurements that can be reassessed at any time to show progress and increase motivation. Group Exercise

Add energy and variety into your workout routine when you take a bootcamp class! Classes are offered daily and several packages or one time passes are available.. Information is easily accessible at the bootcamp website page (http://www.team2four.com/bootcamps). Class size is limited to ensure member safety and availability of equipment. Class tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis online, by phone, or walk-in.
